Three Key Traits of the 2025 Lincoln Aviator

If you’re a discerning driver seeking the best in luxury and comfort without sacrificing performance, the 2025 Lincoln Aviator could be just what you need. An exceptional three-row SUV, the 2025 Aviator is packed with premium features that are typically found on higher trims while delivering a sublime driving experience.

Three Key Traits of the 2025 Lincoln Aviator

1: Powerful Twin-Turbo Engine

Every trim level of the 2025 Aviator is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that delivers 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. This pairs with a 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with paddle shifters for a smooth and responsive drive. Rear-wheel drive is included as standard, but it’s possible to upgrade to all-wheel drive if preferable.

Fuel economy is estimated at 18 mpg for the city and 25 mpg for the highway, giving a combined EPA estimate of 21 mpg with the rear-wheel drive. This translates to more than 400 miles when you fill up the 20.2-gallon tank. There’s also an impressive towing capacity with up to 6700 lbs possible on the rear-wheel drive model when equipped with the Class III Trailer Tow Package.

2: Spacious and Flexible Interior

You’ll be able to stretch out in style with the 2025 Aviator thanks to the spacious three-row interior that can accommodate up to seven passengers in total. With the interior volume reaching 140.6 cubic feet, everyone will enjoy a comfortable ride with 43 inches of legroom in the front, 39 inches in the second row, and a further 29.2 inches in the third row.

With all seats in place, there’s 19.2 cubic feet of cargo space in the trunk. However, it’s possible to fold down both the second and third rows to configure the seating and cargo space to meet your needs. With the third row flat, the cargo space increases to 42.7 cubic feet and increases further to 78.6 cubic feet with the second row folded down as well.

3: Suite of Safety Features

Lincoln has taken a step into the future with their suite of safety features that are not just comprehensive but also innovative. The Co-Pilot360 Drive 2.0 package is included as standard across all trims, providing a generous array of safety features. These include:

  • Adaptive cruise control including stop-and-go sensors
  • Lane centering assist and in-lane repositioning
  • Pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking
  • Evasive steering assist
  • Reverse brake assist
  • Blind spot information system

The safety package also includes BlueCruise 1.2 for semi-autonomous driving. This allows you to take your hands off the wheel on approved routes while keeping your eyes on the road. Lane centering and adaptive cruise control technology combine to maintain a safe position on the road as well as keep the correct distance from other vehicles.
